Scope
This part of GB/T 32261 specifies user-based summative test methods, which can be used for the usability and/or availability of consumer products and public products (including ready-to-use products?) by one or more specific user groups. In this test method, product accessibility is regarded as a special case of product usability, and the users participating in the accessibility test represent groups with extreme characteristics and abilities in the general user group. When the test method involves usability , this method can also be used to test accessibility (unless otherwise specified). This test method can be used in the effective and reliable measurement of effectiveness, efficiency and satisfaction. Note 1: Public products include providing services to the public Ready-to-use products. This test method can also be used to evaluate the usability and (or? accessibility) of consumer products in terms of unpacking, installation and setting. ) accessibility testing: ———when the typical use scenarios of representative products can be clearly defined; ———when the criteria for successfully achieving user goals can be clearly defined; when the number of targets tested at the same time is limited. Except for testing consumer products In addition to products and public products, this test method can also be used to test other products, systems and services with the above characteristics. If a product is in use, its input, output or environment when it interacts with users is variable and highly Complex, such variability or complexity prevents it from being classified as a clear subset, then the product is not within the scope of application of this standard, because in this case will not be able to obtain reliable results. Appendix A gives Examples of products and targets within the scope of this section. Examples: —— This test method can be used to test office copiers, online bookstores, train ticket sales websites or legal consulting service websites, but not for complex e-commerce websites, text Products dealing with software or bicycles etc. This test method is mainly used to evaluate the finished version of the product, but it can also be used within the organization to judge the usability and (or? accessibility) evaluation and communication of the functional prototype version during product development. The test results of this summative test method can be used for the following purposes: assess the possibility of the product reaching the target value of effectiveness, efficiency and satisfaction in actual use; —— release information on product usability and (or) accessibility ; ———Comparing the availability and (or) accessibility of multiple products; ———Comparing the experimental results with the requirements specifications for usability and (or) accessibility; ———Providing support for purchasing decisions Note 2: When determining the procedure to test whether the usability and (or) accessibility requirements (see Appendix G) have been met, the information in Appendix V should be included. The target users of this section are the usability and (or) ) Professionals who design and manage accessibility tests, mainly from manufacturers, suppliers, purchasers or third parties (for example, testing agencies or consumer organizations) or representatives of these agencies. 2 Consistency
