1 Scope

This standard specifies the energy efficiency test methods for metallurgy cranes.
This standard is applicable to the metallurgy crane (hereinafter referred to as crane) specified in JB/T 7688 (All Parts), and may also be adopted for other electrically driven bridge cranes for reference.

2 Normative References

The following referenced documents are indispensable for the application of this document. For dated references, only the edition cited applies. For undated references, the latest edition of the normative document (including any amendments) applies.

3 Terms and Definitions

For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions specified in GB/T 6974.1 and those listed below apply.
3.1
Supply energy
The actual electric energy consumed by the crane when completing a test cycle according to the specified test method requirements.
3.2
Nominal value of effective energy
The effective energy provided by the crane when completing a test cycle according to the specified test method requirements.
3.3
Nominal value of energy efficiency
The ratio of the nominal value of effective energy to the supply energy where the crane completes a test cycle according to the specified test method requirements.

4 Test Conditions

4.1 Sample test machine requirements
Sample test machine shall be acceptable product in normal use.
4.2 Test environment requirements
The crane test environment shall be under the operating conditions specified in corresponding product standards, and shall meet the following requirements:
a) The wind speed shall be less than 3m/s;
b) The environmental temperature is +20~+40℃;
c) The deviation between the test load mass and the specified value shall not be greater than ±5%; the deviation upon arbitration inspection shall not be greater than ±1%; the precision of test load and mass of lifting appliance shall be ±1%;
d) The voltage fluctuation of power supply system at the access point of crane feeder shall not exceed ±10% of the rated value, and the three-phase voltage unbalance rate shall not be greater than 1.5%;
e) The deviation between the lifting distance, dropping distance or travelling distance and the specified value shall not be greater than ±5%; the deviation upon arbitration inspection shall not be greater than ±1%. The measuring precision shall not be less than 0.01m.
