《GB/T 31114-2014冷冻饮品 冰淇淋》由601（中国商业联合会）归口，TC497（全国冷冻饮品标准化技术委员会）执行，主管部门为中国商业联合会。
本标准规定了冰淇淋的术语和定义、产品分类、原辅材料、技术要求、生产过程控制、检验方法、检验规则、标签、包装、运输、贮存、销售和召回的要求。
本标准适用于定型预包装冰淇淋的生产、检验和销售,不适用于现制现售的软冰淇淋制品。

1 Scope

This standard specifies terms and definitions, product classification, raw and auxiliary materials, technical requirements, production process control, inspection methods, inspection rules, labeling, packaging, transportation, storage, sales and recalls of ice cream.
This standard is applicable to the production, inspection and sales of stereotypes prepackaged ice cream and not to the soft cream products which are sold when they are made.
