《GB/T 31295-2014风电叶片用芯材 弯曲载荷和压缩载荷下高温尺寸稳定性的测定》由TC245(全国玻璃纤维标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为中国建筑材料联合会。
本标准规定了材料在弯曲和压缩载荷下的高温尺寸稳定性的试验方法。
本标准适用于制造风力发电叶片的芯材,例如交联 PVC 硬质泡沫、高强 XPS泡沫,其他硬质泡沫材料也可参照使用。
注:材料的测试值取决于所用的试验方法,因此,弯曲和压缩载荷下材料高温尺寸稳定性的值可能会不同,另外,它
们只能直接应用于与本标准试验方法条件一致的情况下。在特定场合中采用两种试验方法中的哪一种由供需双方协商,或者在相关标准中规定。


Scope

This standard specifies the test method for high temperature dimensional stability of materials under bending and compressive loads. This standard is applicable to core materials for wind power generation blades, such as cross-linked PVC rigid foam, high-strength XPS foam, and other rigid foam materials can also be used as a reference.
