《GB/T 31303-2014奥氏体-铁素体型双相不锈钢棒》由TC183（全国钢标准化技术委员会）归口，TC183SC16（全国钢标准化技术委员会特殊钢分会）执行，主管部门为中国钢铁工业协会。
本标准规定了奥氏体-铁素体型双相不锈钢棒的分类及代号、尺寸、外形、重量及允许偏差、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、包装标志和质量证明书等内容。本标准适用于尺寸不大于250 mm的轧制或锻制奥氏体-铁素体型双相不锈钢棒。经供需双方协商，也可供应尺寸大于250 mm的奥氏体-铁素体型双相不锈钢棒。

Scope

This standard specifies the classification and code, size, shape, weight and allowable deviation, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging marks and quality certificates of austenitic-ferritic duplex stainless steel rods. This standard applies to rolled or wrought austenitic-ferritic duplex stainless steel rods with dimensions (diameter, side length, thickness or distance across sides) not greater than 250 mm. After negotiation between the supplier and the buyer, austenitic-ferritic duplex stainless steel rods (hereinafter referred to as steel rods) with dimensions (diameter, side length, thickness or distance across sides) greater than 250 mm can also be supplied.
