Scope

This standard specifies the calculation, evaluation and analysis methods for energy efficiency indicators of 10 (20) kV and below medium and low voltage distribution networks. This standard applies to the energy efficiency assessment of the operation of 10 (20) kV and below medium and low voltage distribution networks of urban and rural power supply enterprises. The power distribution network of large power users can be implemented as a reference.
