Scope
This standard specifies the properties, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, labels and packaging, transportation and storage of electronic grade hydrofluoric acid for solar cells (hereinafter referred to as electronic grade hydrofluoric acid). This standard applies to electronic grade hydrofluoric acid. This standard does not involve the use of security issues. It is the responsibility of the user of this standard to establish appropriate safety and health provisions and limitations on the scope of use.
