本标准规定了纤维增强复合材料动态冲击剪切性能试验的术语和定义、试验原理、试验设备、试样、试验条件、试验步骤、数据计算与试验结果及试验报告。
本标准适用于纤维增强树脂基复合材料动态冲击剪切性能的测定,其他材料也可参照执行。


Introduction

1. Background and significance of the standard

GB/T 32377-2015 "Test method for dynamic impact shear performance of fiber-reinforced composite materials" is my country's first national standard for the dynamic impact shear performance of fiber-reinforced resin-based composite materials, filling the gap in this field in China. The standard was officially implemented on November 1, 2016 and is applicable to a variety of fiber-reinforced plastics and their products.


2. Core content of the standard

3. Implementation suggestions

Case study: Test of a resin-based composite material

In practical applications, it is recommended to select test equipment and sample size in strict accordance with standard requirements. For example, when using a φ14.5mm rod for testing, it is necessary to ensure that the inner diameter of the output tube does not exceed 0.1mm from the diameter of the input rod, and lubricants such as vaseline should be used to reduce friction resistance.

In terms of data acquisition, it is recommended to use a data acquisition instrument with a sampling frequency greater than 10MHz to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the waveform signal. When performing waveform analysis through computer software, it is necessary to remove baseline interference and accurately calculate dynamic impact shear stress and displacement.
