This standard replaces the type evaluation test part in GB/T 3241-2010. The main technical changes include:

Analysis of Core Test Requirements
1. Relative Attenuation Test
Requires completion with a signal generator:
- Test frequency range: lowest center frequency × 0.5 ~ highest center frequency × 1.5
- Sampling density: ≥ 24 test points per bandwidth
- Acceptance limit: ≤ 0.3dB for level 1 filter, ≤ 0.5dB for level 2
