本标准规定了用 PE80和 PE100聚乙烯混配料制造的燃气和给水输配系统用聚乙烯(PE)管材及管件的热熔对接程序及其质量控制的一般原则。
本标准规定的热熔对接程序适用于公称外径由75mm~630mm 的燃气和给水输送系统用聚乙烯(PE)管材及管件;单一低压热熔对接程序适用于壁厚不大于70mm 的燃气和给水输送系统用聚乙烯(PE)管材及管件的热熔对接程序;双重低压热熔对接程序适用于壁厚大于22mm 且不大于70mm 的燃气和给水输送系统用聚乙烯(PE)管材及管件的热熔对接程序。
Scope
This standard specifies the hot-melt butt welding procedures and general principles for quality control of polyethylene (PE) pipes and fittings for gas and water distribution systems made of PE80 and PE100 polyethylene blends. The hot-melt butt welding procedures specified in this standard are applicable to polyethylene (PE) pipes and fittings for gas and water distribution systems with a nominal outer diameter of 75 mm to 630 mm; the single low-pressure hot-melt butt welding procedure is applicable to the hot-melt butt welding procedures for polyethylene (PE) pipes and fittings for gas and water distribution systems with a wall thickness of not more than 70 mm; the double low-pressure hot-melt butt welding procedure is applicable to the hot-melt butt welding procedures for polyethylene (PE) pipes and fittings for gas and water distribution systems with a wall thickness of more than 22 mm and not more than 70 mm.
