Scope

This part of GB/T 32483 specifies a measurement and calculation method for the total input power when the control device-lamp circuit works with the corresponding fluorescent lamp, and also specifies the calculation method for the efficiency of the lamp control device. This standard applies to electrical controlgear-lamp circuits consisting only of controlgear and lamps powered by a 50 Hz or 60 Hz AC power supply up to 1 000 V. Does not include the requirement to test individual controls during production. This part specifies the measurement method for the total input power of all control devices and the calculation method for the efficiency of the control devices when working with the following fluorescent lamps for domestic and general commercial purposes: -- straight tube fluorescent lamps; -- single-ended (compact) ) fluorescent lamps; -- other general-purpose fluorescent lamps. This standard does not apply to: - control devices that form integral lamps; - controllable inductive control devices; - luminaires that rely on additional optical properties.
