Key technical requirements

1. Refrigeration system safety: The device using motor-compressor must comply with the requirements of GB 4706.17, and the high-voltage side must withstand 3 times the maximum working pressure (1.7.2). The cascade system needs to test each level of pressure independently.

2. Electrical protection: The lead-out terminal of the resistance heating device must meet the IPX7 waterproof level (14.101), and a 30mA residual current circuit breaker must be configured when the contact current exceeds 3.5mA (6.3).

Implementation suggestions

When using flammable refrigerants, a pressure gauge and a stop valve are required if the filling volume is greater than 1kg (11.7.101)
An emergency stop button is required when the circulating pump outlet pressure is greater than 0.1MPa (6.9.103)
Regularly check the sealing of the pressure limiting device, pressure relief valve and safety valve (5.4.5)

Background of standard evolution

This standard is based on GB 4793.1-2007 and GB/T 32710.1-2016, and adds 11 supplementary requirements for the special risks of low-temperature constant temperature circulation devices (such as refrigerant leakage and low-temperature burns), including:

New FL equipment classification (3.1.108-110)
Forced non-automatic reset over-temperature protection (10.101)
Transportation storage pressure test (11.7.102)
