Key safety technologies
1. Anti-electric shock design
The standard requires that the lead-out terminals of the resistance heating device must adopt IPx7 waterproof grade, and maintain safe insulation when working continuously for 120s in the absence of liquid. The contact current limit of permanently connected equipment is 1.5 times that of conventional equipment.
2. Mechanical protection system
The circulating pump motor must pass the 7-hour dry running test to verify the effectiveness of the stall protection. Mobile equipment must be equipped with a wheel lock mechanism, and the displacement does not exceed 5mm when tilted 25mm.
Implementation suggestions
- Selection and matching: FL3 equipment is suitable for flammable liquids with a flash point of <150°C, and must be equipped with a pressure relief valve and a liquid level sensor
- Maintenance cycle: High-pressure hoses must be tested at 4 times the rated pressure every 2 years, and solenoid valves must be calibrated every 5,000 operations
- Emergency treatment: When flammable liquid leaks, the power supply should be cut off immediately and special adsorption materials should be used for treatment
