Key technical requirements
1. Refrigeration system safety: The high-pressure side of the compressor must withstand 3 times the maximum working pressure (motor-compressor winding temperature ≤140℃), and special protection is required when the flammable refrigerant filling volume exceeds 150g.
2. Electrical protection: The exposed heating element must meet the IPx7 waterproof level, and 30mA residual current protection must be configured when the contact current exceeds 3.5mA.
3. Mechanical hazard protection: The stirring device should be equipped with an independent power cut-off interlock, and the pulley equipment must be equipped with a locking device (horizontal adjustment accuracy ±2.5mm).
Implementation suggestions
• Selection basis: Select the equipment category according to the flash point of the medium. FL3 category requires a ventilation system
• Maintenance points: Check the effectiveness of the pressure limiting device every month. The refrigerant charging error should be <±5%
• Emergency treatment: When flammable liquid leaks, the power supply should be cut off immediately and special adsorption materials should be used for treatment
