Introduction
1. Background and significance of standard formulation
GB/T 33025-2016 "Evaluation Method for Rosin Adulteration" is a standard formulated to standardize the rapid evaluation of rosin and adulterated rosin. The standard was proposed and managed by the State Forestry Administration, and the main drafting units include the Institute of Forest Products Chemical Industry of the Chinese Academy of Forestry, Guangxi Wuzhou Richeng Forest Chemical Co., Ltd. and Yunnan Meisenyuan Forest Products Technology Co., Ltd.
2. Comparison and dimensional analysis of standard frameworks
| Standard dimensions | GB/T 33025-2016 | LY/T 1355 | Comparative analysis |
|---|---|---|---|
| Scope of application | Rapid evaluation of rosin and adulterated rosin | Rosin quality detection and evaluation | Complementarity |
| Core content | Term definition, test methods, discrimination and reporting | Rosin chemical properties and detection technology | Synergy |
| Technological innovation | Introduction of rapid assessment methods | Traditional laboratory testing methods | Innovation |
3. Implementation suggestions and actual cases
Case 1: Identification of starch adulterants
During the storage of rosin, excessive water or other non-rosin substances are sometimes added as a protective medium. According to Article 4.6 of the standard, the method of generating a blue complex by the reaction of iodine reagent with starch can quickly determine whether there is starch adulterant.
Case 2: Detection of industrial salt adulterants
Referring to GB/T 33028-2016 "Identification Method for Industrial Salt Adulterants in Rosin", the principle of generating a white precipitate by the reaction of silver nitrate and sodium chloride can accurately determine whether there is industrial salt adulterant in rosin.
