Introduction

1. Standard Overview

GB/T 33096-2016 is a national standard of the People's Republic of China, which mainly stipulates the general technical conditions for rubber elastic components used in wind turbines. This standard applies to rubber elastic components used in gearboxes, generators, nacelles and control cabinets of horizontal axis wind turbines with a power of 200kW and above, which are used for buffering and shock absorption.


2. Background of Standard Formulation

With the rapid development of wind power generation technology, the operating environment of wind turbines is becoming increasingly complex, and the requirements for rubber elastic components are becoming higher and higher. The formulation of this standard aims to unify the technical requirements of the industry, ensure the stability of product quality and performance, and promote the healthy development of the wind energy industry.

4.3 Testing and inspection

The testing agency should conduct performance tests according to the methods specified in the standard, including static stiffness, dynamic stiffness, high and low temperature tests and fatigue tests. All test data must be recorded and archived, and provided to customers as proof of product qualification.
