《GB/T 3324-2008木家具通用技术条件》由607（中国轻工业联合会）归口，主管部门为中国轻工业联合会。
本标准是对GB/T 3324-1995《木家具通用技术条件》的修订。
本标准代替GB/T 3324-1995《木家具通用技术条件》。
本标准规定了木家具的术语和定义、产品分类、要求、试验方法、检验规则及标志、使用说明、包装、运输、贮存等。
本标准适用于木家具产品的通用技术要求，其他家具的木制件可参照执行。
当有具体产品标准时，应符合产品标准的规定。
本标准与GB/T 3324-1995相比主要变化如下：
―――在“术语和定义”中，增加了“家具主要部件、基材、实木类家具、人造板类家具、综合类木家具、软、硬覆面、饰面、家具五金件”的定义；修改了产品“外表、内表”的定义；取消了“隐蔽处”的定义；
―――增加了“产品分类”一章，规定了木家具的产品分类；
―――在“主要尺寸及其偏差”中，修改了床类主要尺寸；
―――在“形状和位置公差”中，“邻边垂直度”项目增加“对边长度差”的检验；统一了“分缝”要求；
―――在“主要材料要求”中，增加了“标识一致性”、“人造板含水率”要求、修改了木材含水率要求；增加了刨花板、纤维板的物理力学性能要求；
―――在“外观要求”中，增加了“软、硬质覆面”外观要求；增加了家具五金件、玻璃件外观要求；
―――在“理化性能要求”中，增加了漆膜耐香烟灼烧要求、软、硬质覆面“耐划痕、耐香烟灼烧、抗冲击、耐光色牢度”要求、“表面胶结合强度”要求及试验方法；取消了软、硬质覆面“耐湿热”要求；
―――增加了“金属拉手耐腐蚀性要求”及试验方法；
―――增加了“家具有害物质限量”要求及试验方法；
―――增加了“公共场合木家具阻燃性”要求及试验方法；
―――增加了检验项目分类；
―――修改了“漆膜耐液性、耐湿热、耐干热”试验方法；
―――增加了“检验规则”一章；
―――增加了“产品使用说明”要求。

1 Scope

This standard specifies terms and definitions, product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules as well as marking, instructions, packaging, transportation and storage of wooden furniture.
This standard is applicable to general technical requirements of wooden furniture products; wooden parts for other furniture may refer to it for implementation. Where specific product standard is available, it shall be subject to the product standard.

For dated reference, subsequent amendments to (excluding corrigenda), or revisions of, any of these publications do not apply. However, all parties coming to an agreement according to this standard are encouraged to study whether the latest editions of these documents apply.
