《GB/T 33400-2016中间馏分油、柴油及脂肪酸甲酯中总污染物含量测定法》由TC280(全国石油产品和润滑剂标准化技术委员会)归口,TC280SC1(全国石油产品和润滑剂标准化技术委员会石油燃料和润滑剂分会)执行,主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
Introduction
1. Standard Overview
GB/T 33400-2016 mainly specifies the determination method of total pollutant content in middle distillate oil, diesel and fatty acid methyl ester. This standard is applicable to samples with kinematic viscosity within a specific range, including diesel and pure fatty acid methyl ester (BD100). The total pollutant content in the sample is calculated by accurately weighing the sample and filtering it with a filter membrane.
2. Comparison of standard frameworks
| Project | GB/T 33400-2016 | EN 12662:1998 |
|---|---|---|
| Filter membrane type | High retention glass fiber, pore size 0.7μm | Nitrocellulose membrane, pore size 0.8μm |
| Sample volume | About 300mL | 250g~500g |
| Sample pretreatment | - Middle distillates and diesel: 30 to 60 minutes in a 40℃ water bath or oven, cool to room temperature before sampling - Pure fatty acid methyl esters: at least 2 to 2.5 hours in a 60℃ oven or water bath | - Weigh 250g to 500g of sample, dry in a 40℃ oven for about 30 minutes and filter directly |
3. Implementation suggestions
Laboratory preparation: Ensure that all instruments and sample containers are cleaned strictly in accordance with standard requirements to avoid foreign impurities interfering with the results. It is recommended to use professional cleaning agents and isopropanol for multiple rinses.
Sampling method: Dynamic sampling (GB/T 27867) is preferred, especially when sampling in product distribution lines or automatic sampling devices to ensure sample representativeness.
Data processing:When calculating the total pollutant content, the formula μ = 1000(m2 - m1) / mE must be strictly followed, and the result must be recorded to one decimal place (mg/kg). If the filtration fails, the volume of the filtered sample should be recorded in detail and the reason should be noted.
Precision control:Repeatability and reproducibility are important indicators to ensure data reliability. It is recommended to conduct comparative tests between different laboratories and operators to ensure that the results meet the standard requirements.
