Technical Requirements Interpretation
Material selection: The inner gear ring and outer gear sleeve are made of high-quality alloy steel, and the mechanical properties meet Rm ≥1080 MPa, ReH ≥790 MPa, Ak(DVM) ≥41 J.
Heat treatment: The inner gear ring and outer gear sleeve adopt hardened tooth surface, and the spline pair is nitrided.
Inspection rules
Factory inspection: Each product must be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer, and accompanied by a product quality certificate.
Type inspection: When there are major changes in product structure, materials or processes, type inspection is required.
