《GB/T 33588.2-2020雷电防护系统部件(LPSC)第2部分:接闪器、引下线和接地极的要求》由TC258(全国雷电防护标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
Introduction
Interpretation of the core content of the standard
GB/T 33588.2-2020, as an equivalent adopted standard of IEC 62561-2:2018, specifies the design, materials and test requirements of lightning arresters, down conductors and grounding electrodes in lightning protection systems (LPS). This standard applies to the dedicated conductor components of LPS outside buildings, emphasizing the verification of product reliability through type tests.
Technical requirements for key components
| Component type | Material requirements | Minimum cross-sectional area | Mechanical properties |
|---|---|---|---|
| Lightning rod/wire | Copper, aluminum, galvanized steel, etc. | 50mm² (copper) | Tensile strength 200-450N/mm² |
| Grounding electrode | Copper-clad steel, stainless steel | 78mm² (grounding rod) | Yield/tensile ratio 0.8-0.95 |
Key points of test methods
Coating test:The galvanized layer needs to pass the salt spray (GB/T 2423.18) and sulfur dioxide (GB/T 9789) corrosion tests, and the copper-clad steel grounding rod needs an additional adhesion test (driven through a 1mm gap steel clamp).
Electrical test:The impulse current test parameters are 100kA peak value and 2500kJ/Ω unit energy, and the contact resistance of the connector needs to be ≤1mΩ (≤3mΩ for stainless steel).
Implementation recommendations
- Material compatibility:Avoid direct contact between different metals that may lead to electrochemical corrosion. Copper-clad steel or stainless steel grounding electrodes should be used preferentially.
- Installation specifications:The grounding rod threads must be fully covered, and a rolling process should be used to prevent the copper layer from peeling off. The buried depth of the horizontal grounding electrode should be ≥0.5m.
- Label management:All components must be permanently marked with manufacturer information, and the stenciled logo must pass the 85% n-hexane solvent wipe test.
