Key Performance Indicators of Acoustic Emission Detection System

According to Appendix A of the document: sensor cable attenuation needs to be <1dB/30m, and the baseline value of longitudinal wave sensitivity is -77dB (1V/μbar). Multi-channel system requirements:

  • Correlation time difference calculation error ≤0.25μs

Practical Tank Bottom Plate Detection

When applying the full array waveguide positioning algorithm, it is recommended to use a double-row sensor layout for open tanks with a horizontal spacing of <15m. Signal acquisition must meet the following requirements:
