《GB/T 33903-2017散射辐射测量用遮光球式全自动太阳跟踪器》由TC507(全国气象仪器与观测方法标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为中国气象局。
Introduction
1. Background and significance of the standard
GB/T 33903—2017 "Shade Ball Fully Automatic Solar Tracker for Scattered Radiation Measurement" was proposed by the China Meteorological Administration to standardize the technical indicators and test methods of scattered radiation measurement equipment to ensure its accuracy and reliability under different environmental conditions.
2. Comparison of standard frameworks
| Standard Dimensions | Technical Requirements | Test Methods | Scope of Application |
|---|---|---|---|
| Operating Temperature Range | -20°C~+60°C (Normal Type); -40°C~+60°C (Low Temperature Type) | Constant Temperature Chamber Test, verifying the normal operation capability of the equipment under high and low temperature conditions respectively. | Suitable for various meteorological environment monitoring needs. |
| Power adaptability | AC: 220V, fluctuation range 180V~240V; DC: ≤36V, fluctuation range ±2V | Adjust the power supply voltage to the upper and lower limits, and observe whether the equipment starts and runs normally. | Ensure the stability and reliability of the equipment under different power supply conditions. |
| Insulation resistance and strength | Meet the technical requirements specified in GB/T 15479-1995 | \nUse professional test instruments to measure and evaluate according to standard methods. | Ensure the safety and anti-interference ability of the equipment in humid or high-voltage environments. |
3. Technical Requirements and Practical Applications
Tracking Error:Under different solar radiation conditions, the maximum allowable tracking error of the device is 0.2° and 1.5° respectively. On-site testing can be carried out using the special tools in Appendix A to ensure that the accuracy meets the standards.
Capture Angle and Speed:The device must have a capture angle of at least 5° and be able to adjust in ≤10 seconds. This is crucial for accurately capturing the direction of solar radiation, especially in high irradiance environments.
