《GB/T 33957-2017热处理炉热平衡测试与计算方法》由TC183(全国钢标准化技术委员会)归口,TC183SC2(全国钢标准化技术委员会基础分会)执行,主管部门为中国钢铁工业协会。
Introduction
Analysis of the core content of the standard
This standard systematically regulates the reference temperature setting, calorific value calculation of fuel and delimitation of test range of the heat balance test of the heat treatment furnace. The reference temperature adopts the average temperature of the environment 1m away from the furnace wall, and the calorific value of the fuel is divided into gas fuel (low calorific value of wet coal gas) and liquid fuel (low calorific value of received base).
Key processes of heat balance test
| Test phase | Requirements for continuous furnaces | Requirements for intermittent furnaces |
|---|---|---|
| Test duration | ≥2 times, ≥2h each time | Complete heating cycle |
| Stable conditions | 24h insulation required for shutdown and restart | Furnace lining temperature must be consistent with the previous cycle |
| Calculation unit | kJ/t (heat consumption per ton of material) | |
Heat balance project calculation model
Examples of typical calculation formulas
Chemical heat of fuel combustion: Q₁=B·Qdw (B is the amount of fuel used, Qdw is the low calorific value)
Physical heat loss of flue gas: Q₂'=(BbVnS-ΣV₁/Gp)(cyty-cyctc)
Key points for improving thermal efficiency
- Furnace heat dissipation control: surface temperature monitoring point density ≥5/m²
- Outgassing loss optimization: furnace door opening time recording is accurate to seconds
- Error control: thermal balance allows relative error ≤±5%
Implementation suggestions
- Preliminary tests are required to verify the reliability of the instrument before testing
- Continuous furnaces should be run stably for 8 hours after process changes before testing
- It is recommended to use non-contact temperature measurement equipment such as infrared thermal imagers
