Introduction

1. Background and significance of standard formulation

GB/T 33975—2017 "Hot-rolled spring steel wire rod for high-speed railway fasteners" is one of the important standards formulated by China for key components of high-speed railways. With the rapid development of China's high-speed railway network, the performance requirements for rail fastener systems are increasing. The introduction of this standard fills the gap in the domestic specification of special spring steel materials in the field of high-speed railways.


2. Comparative analysis of standard frameworks

3. Implementation suggestions and precautions

Raw material procurement:It is recommended to use electric arc furnaces or converters that meet the standards to smelt steel billets, and conduct sufficient refining outside the furnace to ensure the uniformity and stability of the chemical composition.

Production process control:During the hot rolling process, the depth of the decarburization layer and the surface quality should be strictly monitored to avoid performance degradation due to oxidation or overheating. It is recommended to use advanced temperature control and rolling technology.

Inspection and acceptance:For products purchased in large quantities, they should be inspected strictly in accordance with the sampling plan specified in the standard, and special attention should be paid to the detection of non-metallic inclusions to ensure that they meet the requirements of Method A.

Storage and logistics:During storage and transportation, the wire rod should avoid humid and corrosive environments. It is recommended to use moisture-proof packaging and store it in a dry and ventilated warehouse.
