- Sample collection: natural gas is drawn from the pipeline through a stainless steel pipe and connected to the sampling container with a short-section rubber hose.
- Absorption device: use a glass sand absorber or a glass orifice absorber, and add 40 mL of 0.5% potassium permanganate solution.
- Sample treatment: filter the absorption liquid and make it constant, and then use inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometer (ICP-OES) to determine the arsenic content.
