《GB/T 34285-2017健身运动安全指南》由TC291(全国体育用品标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
Introduction
Standard framework and core content
This standard systematically specifies the safety requirements for the entire fitness exercise process, including the three major stages of pre-exercise preparation, control during exercise, and adjustment after exercise, and formulates safety guidelines for upper limb/lower limb/whole body exercises respectively.
| Core chapters | Key control points | Technical indicators |
|---|---|---|
| Preparation before exercise | Cardiopulmonary activation + dynamic stretching | 5-10 minutes of jogging + 3-5 dynamic stretching |
| Control during exercise | Heart rate monitoring + movement specifications | Maximum heart rate = (220-age) × 60-80% |
| Adjustment after exercise | Static stretching + finishing activities | 15-20 seconds/part × 3-5 times |
Analysis of key technical indicators
1. Quantitative control of exercise intensity
Using maximum heart rate percentage as the core indicator:
- Under 45 years old: 65%-80% of maximum heart rate
- Above 45 years old: 60%-75% of maximum heart rate
2. Joint range of motion specifications
Clearly define the range of motion limits of 12 types of joints:
Typical case: Knee flexion and extension are prohibited during accompanying rotation, and the angle must be controlled when changing direction during running
Injury prevention system
| Injury type | High-risk exercise | Preventive measures |
|---|---|---|
| Tennis Elbow | Badminton/Tennis | Fixed Elbow Angle + Protective Gear |
| Meniscus Injury | Basketball/Football | Strengthening Quadriceps Strength |
| Achilles Tendonitis | Running/Basketball | Calcaneous Triceps Stretching |
Key Points for Special Protection
For 12 common injuries such as Rotator Cuff Injury, Appendix B of the standard gives the following in detail:
- Injury Mechanism Diagram
- Targeted Strength Training Program
- Protective Gear Selection Recommendations
Implementation Recommendations
1. Sports venue selection
Should meet the requirements of clause 4.3, with special attention paid to:
- Floor anti-slip coefficient ≥ 0.5
- Equipment spacing ≥ 1.5m
2. Sports protective gear selection
Match according to the type of sport:
Basketball:Requires ankle support gear + knee compression belt
