《GB/T 3455-1982非平衡双流接口电路的电特性》由TC28（全国信息技术标准化技术委员会）归口，TC28SC6（全国信息技术标准化技术委员会数据通信分会）执行，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本建议所规定的电特性，适用于数据信号速率在20000比特/秒极限以下操作的接口电路。本标准与CCITT建议V.28在技术上是安全一致的。

Scope

The electrical characteristics specified in this Recommendation apply to interface circuits operating at data signaling rates below the 20 000 bit/s limit. This standard is technically completely consistent with CCITT Recommendation V.28.
