Introduction
Definition and classification of digital printing paper printability
Digital printing paper (Digital Printing Paper) refers to paper substrates suitable for digital printing. According to its coating condition, imaging mechanism and form, digital printing paper is mainly divided into three categories: according to the surface coating condition, it is divided into coated paper (including matte coated paper and glossy coated paper) and uncoated paper; according to the digital imaging mechanism, it is mainly divided into electrostatic imaging paper and inkjet imaging paper; according to the paper form, it is divided into single-sheet paper and roll paper.
Technical Requirements

| a | 1.0±2.0 | 1.0±2.0 | |||||
| b | -9.0±2.0 | -5.0±2.0 | |||||
Implementation Suggestions
To ensure that the printability of digital printing paper meets the standard requirements, it is recommended to pay attention to the following points during procurement and use:
- Select the appropriate paper type: Select the appropriate paper according to the imaging mechanism of the printing equipment (electrostatic or inkjet) and the purpose of the paper.
- Check technical indicators: Focus on key indicators such as color, opacity, surface roughness, etc. to ensure that they meet the requirements of Tables 1 to 3.
- Regular testing: It is recommended to conduct regular sampling tests on stock paper, especially indicators such as moisture content and conductivity that are easily affected by the environment.
