Propolis: It is formed by the worker bees collecting resin and other plant secretions and mixing them with their maxillary gland and wax gland secretions.
Poplar Tree Gum: It comes from the buds, leaves or bark of the poplar plant, extracted with ethanol.
Case: The test results of a propolis sample showed that the content of salicin was 0.15 mg/g and the content of catechol was 0.25 mg/g, which met the standard and was judged to contain poplar gum.
