本标准规定了碳素结构钢和低合金结构钢热轧钢带的尺寸、外形、技术要求、试验方法、验收规则、包装、标志和质量证明书等规定。本标准适用于厚度不大于12.00 mm、宽度50 mm～600 mm的碳素结构钢和低合金结构钢热轧钢带。

1 Scope

This standard specifies the requirements for dimension, shape, technical requirement, test method, acceptance rule, packaging, marking and quality certificate of hot-rolled carbon and low alloy structural steel strip.
This standard is applicable to hot-rolled carbon and low alloy structural steel strip with thickness not more than 12.00mm and width within 50~600mm.
