Background and significance of standard formulation

With the rapid development of the logistics industry, the efficiency and accuracy of the sorting system, as one of the core links of modern logistics, directly affect the overall logistics cost and service quality. Guide wheel sorting machines, as an efficient and accurate sorting equipment, are widely used in express delivery, e-commerce, manufacturing and other fields.

This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Logistics and Warehousing Equipment and drafted by Beijing Hoisting and Transportation Machinery Design Institute and other units. It aims to standardize the technical requirements, test methods and safety performance of guide wheel sorting machines, ensure product quality and system stability, and promote the healthy development of the logistics industry.

Technical requirements interpretation

Main structure of the sorting machine: It is divided into import module, information entry module, sorting module and storage module, as shown in Figure 1. Each module works together to ensure the accurate sorting and transmission of items.

Operational performance: The sorting machine should have self-checking and self-protection functions, work normally under general light interference, and the maximum misclassification rate and breakage rate should not exceed 0.05%.

Safety requirements: The equipment must be equipped with an emergency stop switch and issue an audible and visual alarm prompt when starting (lasting for no less than 10 seconds) to ensure the safety of operators.

Implementation suggestions and application cases

Equipment selection:Choose a suitable type of guide wheel sorter according to actual needs, considering factors such as processing capacity, item size and weight.

Maintenance:Regularly check the tensioning device and drive device to ensure good lubrication and no oil leakage in the power device to extend the service life of the equipment.

System integration:The sorter should be compatible with the host computer network communication interface, support remote fault monitoring, and improve the intelligence level of the overall logistics system.
