Introduction
Standard Framework and Technological Evolution
As the technical foundation for my country's land border management, this standard integrates the dual needs of diplomatic treaty execution and surveying and mapping technology. Compared with the earlier versions, the 2017 version has the following major enhancements:

Core Technical Requirements

When using the dual-frequency GNSS receiver for geodetic joint survey, the following must be met:
- Instrument nominal accuracy: 5mm+1ppm·d in the plane
- Single-point observation time: ≥12 hours
- Point position error after adjustment: ≤0.2m
4.7 Accuracy control system
Case: In the China-Mongolia border survey, the Trimble R10 equipment was used to measure boundary stakes. The plane coordinate detection was poorly controlled within 0.45m, which is better than the 0.75m limit required by the standard.

6.2 Joint aerial photography
