GB/T 35791—2017 Standard Overview

This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and application specifications for the single-phase ground fault traveling wave line selection device in the neutral point non-effectively grounded system. It is applicable to the distribution system with a voltage level of $66~\mathrm{kV}$ and below.

Main functions and technical performance of the device

Traveling wave line selection device must have the following core functions:

  • Quickly identify faulty lines or busbars
  • Independently complete line selection tasks, support all neutral point non-effective grounding methods
  • Monitor permanent and instantaneous ground faults
  • Recording function: record fault traveling waves and generate COMTRADE format files
  • Communication interface: support Modbus, CDT, DL/T 667 and DL/T 860 protocols

  • In special environments (such as high temperature or high humidity), strengthen the verification of vibration and impact tests
