GB/T 35791—2017 Standard Overview
This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and application specifications for the single-phase ground fault traveling wave line selection device in the neutral point non-effectively grounded system. It is applicable to the distribution system with a voltage level of $66~\mathrm{kV}$ and below.
