Detailed description of the determination steps
Sample treatment:Water-based and emulsion samples need to be extracted by ultrasonic for 20 minutes, and the supernatant should be filtered after centrifugation.
Instrument:High performance liquid chromatography with diode array detector (DAD), the mobile phase is a gradient combination of potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution and methanol.
