《GB/T 36005-2018半导体照明设备和系统的光辐射安全测试方法》由TC284(全国光辐射安全和激光设备标准化技术委员会)归口,TC284SC4(全国光辐射安全和激光设备标准化技术委员会非相干光辐射安全分会)执行,主管部门为中国机械工业联合会。
Introduction
1. Background and significance of standard formulation
With the rapid development of semiconductor lighting technology, LED lighting equipment is increasingly used in various fields. However, the issue of light radiation safety has also become prominent. The formulation of this standard aims to provide a scientific basis for the detection and acceptance of LED lighting systems to ensure the safety of users.
2. Comparative analysis of standard frameworks
| Standard name | Scope of application | Main technical requirements | Revision history |
|---|---|---|---|
| GB/T 34034—2017 | Light radiation safety requirements for LED products for general lighting | Blue light hazard assessment, retinal radiance measurement | First proposal of photobiological safety requirements for LED products |
| GB/T 34075—2017 | Light radiation safety measurement method for LED products for general lighting | Radiance measurement equipment calibration, measurement field angle requirements | Detailed measurement technical specifications |
| GB/T 20145—2006 | Photobiological safety of lamps and lamp systems | Light radiation safety assessment, classification of hazard categories | Basic standards, providing reference for subsequent standards |
3. Interpretation of key technical points of the standard
Safety classification rules:The hazard category of the LED lighting system is determined by the highest hazard category of its light source unit. The measurement distance and field of view are the key influencing factors.
Measurement method:Use a radiance measurement device with spectral measurement function to simulate the 7mm pupil incident aperture of the human eye, and measure at 11mrad and 110mrad field of view respectively. For blue light hazard assessment, only the retinal blue light hazard radiance needs to be paid attention to.
4. Implementation Suggestions
Case Analysis: Light Radiation Safety Test of LED Street Lights
A city's LED street light project needs to be measured and evaluated in accordance with standard requirements. The tester first determines the approachable distance, and then selects the appropriate measurement field angle and distance. Through the radiance measurement equipment, obtain the 300nm~700nm spectrum radiance data, and calculate the blue light hazard radiance.
Based on the calculation results, compare the hazard classification method of GB/T20145 to determine the safety classification level of LED street lights. If the results do not meet the requirements, it is necessary to adjust the design or increase protective measures.
