Key points of microstructure control
The standard clarifies the distribution requirements of each alloy phase through metallographic maps:
- Tin bronze system: α dendrites and (α+δ) eutectoids are required to be evenly distributed, and Pb phase is dispersed and precipitated
- Manganese brass system: The proportion of α phase needle precipitation on β matrix is controlled at 15-25%
- Aluminum bronze system: The size of the strengthening phase in the β+α dual-phase structure is ≤5μm

Material selection decision tree
- Low pressure working conditions: ZQSn system is preferred, with obvious cost advantages
- Medium and high pressure working conditions: HMn57-2 series is recommended, taking into account both strength and wear resistance
- Corrosive environment: Nickel-containing alloys such as HA161-4-3-1 must be used

- The chemical composition needs to pay special attention to the segregation of main elements such as Sn and Mn
- Residual stress should be tested for HR50 state materials
- 100% penetration testing is required for the arc transition zone of the profile
