《GB/T 36242-2018燃气流量计体积修正仪》由TC124(全国工业过程测量控制和自动化标准化技术委员会)归口,TC124SC1(全国工业过程测量控制和自动化标准化技术委员会温度、流量、机械量、物位、显示仪表、执行器和结构装置分会)执行,主管部门为中国机械工业联合会。
Introduction
Interpretation of the core content of the standard
This standard specifies the terminology, technical requirements and test methods for gas flow meter volume correctors, and is applicable to DC or battery-powered correction devices with temperature (T), temperature-pressure (PT) and temperature-pressure compressibility factor (PTZ) conversion functions.
Comparison of key technical indicators
| Conversion type | Reference condition MPE | Working condition MPE | Core calculation formula |
|---|---|---|---|
| T conversion | ±0.5% | ±0.7% | Vb=C×V, C=K/T |
| PT conversion | ±0.5% | ±1.0% | Vb=C×V, C=K'×p/T |
| PTZ conversion | ±0.5% | ±1.0% | Vb=C×V, C=(p/pb)×(Tb/T)×(Zb/Z) |
Compression factor calculation specification
The priority of compression factor calculation specified by the standard:
- GB/T 17747.1 and GB/T 17747.3 methods are preferred for natural gas
- GB/T 17747.2 is adopted when the range is exceeded
- For artificial gas and LPG, the RK equation in Appendix A is adopted:
Z3-Z2-(B2+BA)Z-AB=0
Wherein A=0.42748pr/Tr2.5, B=0.08664pr/Tr
Electromagnetic compatibility requirements
| Test items | E1 level | E2 level |
|---|---|---|
| Radiated RF immunity | 3V/m | 10V/m |
| Conducted disturbance immunity | 3V | 10V |
| Electrostatic discharge | Contact discharge 6kV/Air discharge 8kV | |
Implementation suggestions
Selection guide
- For ordinary civilian scenarios, the T conversion correction instrument is preferred
- For industrial measurement occasions, the PTZ conversion model is recommended
- The explosion-hazardous area must meet the explosion-proof requirements of GB3836
Maintenance points
According to clause 9.3 of the standard, the equipment should not be stored for more than 12 months, and recalibration is required if it is not used for a long time. It is recommended to check every 6 months:
- Pressure sensor overload protection function
- Battery remaining power indicator (≥10%)
- Alarm event record integrity
