《GB/T 2624.6-2024用安装在圆形截面管道中的差压装置测量满管流体流量 第6部分:楔形装置》由TC124(全国工业过程测量控制和自动化标准化技术委员会)归口,TC124SC1(全国工业过程测量控制和自动化标准化技术委员会温度、流量、机械量、物位、显示仪表、执行器和结构装置分会)执行,主管部门为中国机械工业联合会。
Scope
This document specifies the geometry and use of wedge-shaped devices for measuring the flow rate of a full pipe (installation and operating conditions) when installed in a pipe. NOTE 1 For a particular application, the uncertainty of an uncalibrated wedge-shaped device is difficult to predict and it is therefore necessary to perform a real flow calibration as specified in clause 7. This document specifies the calibration requirements and, if applicable, the use within the calibrated Reynolds number range. Clause 7 also provides guidance for the calibration of similar flowmeters outside the scope of this document. This document also provides information for calculating the flow rate and for use with the requirements of ISO 5167-1:2022. This document is only applicable to wedge-shaped devices where the flow is subsonic throughout the measuring section and the flow is single-phase. Uncalibrated wedge-shaped devices may only be used within the specified pipe size, pipe surface roughness $\cdot\beta$ [given by equation (2)] (or wedge ratio) and Reynolds number range. This document is not applicable to the measurement of pulsating flows. This document does not cover the use of uncalibrated wedge devices in pipes with an inside diameter less than $50~\mathrm{mm}$ or greater than $600~\mathrm{mm}$, or with a pipe Reynolds number $(R e_{\mathrm{D}})$ less than $1\times10^{4}$. Primary 2: The primary device of a wedge device consists of a wedge-shaped restriction of specific geometric dimensions. Other types of wedge devices exist, but at the time of preparation of this document there were insufficient data to fully characterize these devices, so these devices are calibrated for real flow in accordance with Chapter 7.
