《GB/T 9248-2008不可压缩流体流量计性能评定方法》由TC124（全国工业过程测量控制和自动化标准化技术委员会）归口，TC124SC1（全国工业过程测量控制和自动化标准化技术委员会温度、流量、机械量、物位、显示仪表、执行器和结构装置分会）执行，主管部门为中国机械工业联合会。
本标准规定了不可压缩流体流量计的性能评定方法和流量计性能测试结果的表示方法。
本标准适用于封闭管道中测量单相不可压缩流体的流量计。

Scope

This standard specifies the performance evaluation method of incompressible fluid flowmeters and the method of expressing flowmeter performance test results. This standard applies to flowmeters that measure single-phase incompressible fluids in closed pipes. For flowmeters used under special working conditions, in addition to meeting the requirements specified in this standard, they should also meet the requirements of other relevant standards. Some test items or requirements specified in this standard may not be applicable to certain types of flowmeters, while certain types of flowmeters may require additional test items or requirements. Therefore, test items can be added or deleted according to the different varieties, types, structures, principles, etc. of flowmeters in accordance with the relevant product standards.
