Introduction
Analysis of the core content of the standard
This standard specifies the technical requirements for the steam turbine electro-hydraulic control system (DEH) in terms of functional design, performance indicators, hardware configuration, hydraulic execution, etc. It is mainly applicable to units with a capacity of 300MW and above, and other capacity units can refer to it. The standard emphasizes reliability design and safety protection mechanism, and clearly states that the system service life shall not exceed 10 years.
Comparison of key technical requirements
| Technical dimension | Electronic control device | Hydraulic system |
|---|---|---|
| Redundancy configuration | Controller/network/power supply triple redundancy | Important protection function redundancy |
| Response time | OPC logic≤20ms | Control valve fast closing≤0.3s(200MW+) |
| Environmental adaptability | Temperature-25℃~55℃ | Oil temperature15℃~60℃ |
| Accuracy requirements | AI signal±0.1% | Valve position control±0.2% |
Typical application cases
Implementation of overspeed protection system (OPT)
In the DEH transformation of a 600MW unit, according to Clause 7.4.2 of the standard: the speed sensor adopts three-out-of-two logic. When the speed is ≥103% of the rated speed, all steam inlet valves are closed within 0.3 seconds through the electro-hydraulic servo valve. Actual tests show:
- Action delay time: 18ms (standard requirement ≤20ms)
- Full closing time: 280ms (standard requirement ≤300ms)
Standard Evolution Analysis
Compared with the old version of the standard, the 2018 version mainly strengthens:
- Network security requirements: Increase the communication network load rate limit (Ethernet ≤20%)
- Hardware reliability: Clarify the EMC test level (the on-site environment must meet GB/T17626.3 Level 3)
- Hydraulic system fire protection: It is mandatory to use Sch80 thick-walled pipes for fire-resistant oil pipes
Implementation suggestions
Design stage
It is recommended to use the Triple Modular Redundancy (TMR) architecture to realize speed signal acquisition, which meets the requirements of standard 6.3.4. Typical cases show that this design can make the system availability reach 99.99%.
Acceptance test
According to clause 10.1.3 of the standard, the following points need to be verified:
- OPC function test: simulate 103% speed trigger condition
- Valve fast closing time test: use high-speed recorder to collect oil motor displacement curve
- Power switching test: dual UPS switching time ≤10ms
