Introduction
Interpretation of the National Standard of the People's Republic of China GB/T 36365—2018
| Standard dimensions | Technical requirements | Test methods | Scope of application |
|---|---|---|---|
| Composition | The tag consists of an inlay and an outer package | Inspected by visual inspection and touch methods | Applicable to all passive RF tags |
| Performance indicators | Including parameters such as identification field strength threshold, read and write field strength threshold and maximum working field strength | Measured and verified by a field strength meter | Applicable to high-frequency RF applications |
| Environmental adaptability | Required to work normally in extreme temperature, humidity and salt spray environments | Tested according to GB/T2423 series standards | Applicable to industrial and logistics fields |
Implementation suggestions and actual application cases
1. Tag selection:In specific application scenarios, different levels of tags (such as Class A, Class B, Class C) need to be selected according to requirements to ensure that their read and write times and environmental adaptability meet the requirements.
2. Environmental testing:For applications in harsh environments, it is recommended to conduct environmental simulation tests in advance to ensure the stability of the tags under conditions such as temperature, humidity, salt spray and solar radiation.
3. Compatibility verification: Before large-scale deployment, compatibility testing should be performed with reader devices to ensure that the air interface protocol complies with the requirements of GB/T29768-2013.
