Introduction

1. Background and significance of the standard

GB/T 36410 "Evaluation Methods for Energy Consumption of Port Equipment" is divided into 5 parts. This part (Part 3) focuses on the energy efficiency evaluation of bridge grab ship unloaders. This standard was proposed by the Ministry of Transport of China and aims to standardize the energy consumption detection and evaluation methods of bulk material handling equipment in ports.

2. Comparison of standard frameworks

Standard dimensions Part 1: Shore container cranes Part 2: Rail-mounted container gantry cranes Part 3: Bridge grab ship unloaders
Scope of application Container loading and unloading equipment Rail-mounted gantry cranes Bulk material loading and unloading bridge grab ship unloaders
Testing requirements Rated load, operating speed Rail length, span Grab fill rate, lifting height
Evaluation method Unit energy consumption calculation Energy efficiency rating classification Grading evaluation based on rated productivity

3. Recommendations for standard implementation

3.1 Equipment selection and procurement

In the process of purchasing port equipment, bridge grab ship unloaders with high energy efficiency ratings should be given priority. It is recommended that users select products that meet the GB/T 36410.3 standard according to actual loading and unloading needs, and refer to the energy efficiency rating table in Appendix B for evaluation.

3.2 Operation and maintenance

In order to ensure the long-term and efficient operation of the equipment, it is recommended to regularly inspect and maintain the power system, grab mechanism and travel mechanism of the ship unloader. Especially in high-load operating environments, the management of the lubrication and cooling systems should be strengthened.

3.3 Data Recording and Analysis

According to the test report template in Appendix A, it is recommended that port enterprises establish energy efficiency data archives and regularly collect statistics and analyze the unit energy consumption of ship unloaders. Through horizontal comparison and vertical tracking, optimize equipment operating parameters.
