本标准规定了用爱泼斯坦方圈测量电工钢片(带)磁性能的交流测量的一般原理、比总损耗的测量方法、磁极化强度峰值、磁场强度峰值和比视在功率的测定方法、支流测量的一般原理、磁极化强度的支流测量方法、测量装置的校准和试验报告。本标准适用于晶粒无取向电工钢片(带)的直流磁性能测量及频率上限为400Hz的交流磁性测量。适用于从任何等级的电工钢片(带)上取得的试验试样。试样测量前应首先退磁,测量应在环境温度(23±5)℃,相对湿度小于80%下进行。更高频率下的测量应按照GB/T 10129进行。
Scope
This standard specifies the general principle of AC measurement for measuring the magnetic properties of electrical steel sheets (strips) with Epstein square circles, the measurement method of specific total loss, the peak value of magnetic polarization, the effective value of magnetic field strength, the peak value of magnetic field strength and the specific apparent value. Power measurement method, general principle of DC measurement, DC measurement method of magnetic polarization, calibration of measuring device and test report. This standard is applicable to the measurement of DC magnetic properties of grain-oriented and non-grain-oriented electrical steel sheets (strips) and the measurement of AC magnetic properties with a frequency upper limit of 400 Hz. Applicable to test specimens obtained from any grade of electrical steel sheet (strip). The sample should be demagnetized before measurement, and the measurement should be carried out at an ambient temperature of (23±5)°C and a relative humidity of less than 80%. Measurements at higher frequencies should be carried out in accordance with GB/T 10129.
