National Standard of the People's Republic of China GB/T 36770—2018: In-depth Interpretation

GB/T 36770—2018 is a quarantine and identification method standard for Australian grapevine viroid (AGVd). The standard provides detailed testing procedures, reagent formulations and equipment requirements to ensure the accuracy and consistency of test results.

II. Technical interpretation

1. Detection principle

2. Reagents and instruments

  • Main reagents:Including buffers and primers required for ordinary RT-PCR and real-time fluorescence RT-PCR, all of which must be analytical grade or above.
  • Key instruments:High-speed refrigerated centrifuge (for nucleic acid extraction), PCR instrument (amplification of DNA fragments) and real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR instrument (for quantitative detection).

1. Laboratory construction

It is recommended to establish a laboratory that meets the biosafety level 2 (BSL-2) standard, equipped with special equipment and ventilation system to ensure the safety of the detection process.
