This standard was proposed by the China Machinery Industry Federation and is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Earth-moving Machinery.

Effective work: The work done by the forklift on the test load in one working cycle under specified test conditions.

Energy efficiency value: The effective work done by the forklift per unit fuel consumption under specified test conditions.
