1. Background and significance of standard formulation
With the rapid development of optoelectronic technology, optoelectronic detection instruments are increasingly used in industry, scientific research, military and other fields. This standard (GB/T 37084-2018) is a general requirement formulated based on the reference GJB 450A and the current status of my country's optoelectronic detection instrument industry, aiming to provide a basis and guidance for the reliability work of optoelectronic detection instruments.
