Introduction

1. Background and significance of standard formulation

With the rapid development of optoelectronic technology, optoelectronic detection instruments are increasingly used in industry, scientific research, military and other fields. However, the reliability of these instruments is directly related to their performance and service life. This standard (GB/T 37084-2018) is a general requirement formulated based on the reference GJB 450A and the current status of my country's optoelectronic detection instrument industry, aiming to provide a basis and guidance for the reliability work of optoelectronic detection instruments.
