Introduction

1. Background and significance of standard formulation

High-voltage motor soft starter is an important control device in the power system, widely used in loads such as fans, pumps, and mills. With the increase in industrial automation and energy-saving needs, soft start technology plays a key role in ensuring power grid security and reducing power loss.

2. Classification and applicable scenarios of soft start devices
