Key Technical Requirements
The standard proposes 11 core performance indicators for precision planetary cycloid reducers:
- Transmission efficiency ≥80% (rated operating conditions)
- Backlash control ≤1.5 arc minutes (high precision type)
- Torsional stiffness up to 1680N·m/arcmin (E series)
- Rated life ≥6000 hours
- Instantaneous acceleration torque can reach 3 times the rated value
Product classification system
The standard establishes a three-dimensional classification system:
- Structural type: E (solid internal), N (solid external), C (hollow type)
- Specification code: Classified by rated output torque (E series 6-450, N series 25-700, C series 10-500)
- Accuracy level: Default level (hysteresis ≤1.5') and calibration level (actual value must be clearly stated)
Typical application case: E320E171 represents a solid internal reducer with a rated torque of 3136N·m and a transmission ratio of 171
Test method innovation
The standard introduces the hysteresis curve test method (Figure 6), and obtains the following through the torque-angle closed-loop test at the same time:
- Hysteresis (0 torque angle difference)
- Lost motion (±3% rated torque angle difference)
- Torsional stiffness (stiffness value in the range of 50%-100% of rated torque)
Implementation suggestions
1. Model selection and matching: Select the specification code according to the robot joint torque requirements, and pay attention to the different installation characteristics of the E/N/C series
2. Accuracy verification: Require suppliers to provide third-party test reports, focusing on checking the measured values of hysteresis and transmission error
3. Maintenance specifications: Use lubricating grease that meets the standards and regularly check the sealing status (Standard 5.13)
