1. Background and significance of standard formulation

With the development of the electronic and electrical industry, environmental protection requirements are becoming increasingly stringent, and limiting the use of halogens has become a global consensus. This standard aims to standardize the detection methods of fluorine (F), chlorine (Cl), and bromine (Br) in electronic and electrical products to ensure that product quality complies with environmental protection regulations.


2. Analysis of key technical points

2.1 Sample pretreatment process

  • Oxygen bomb combustion method: Place the sample in an oxygen bomb and burn it at high temperature to generate hydrogen halide.
  • Preparation and use of absorption liquid: Ensure that the absorption liquid matches the eluent and prepare it before use.

2.2 Calibration curve drawing

Use the external standard method to prepare standard solutions of different concentrations and draw the standard curve with a correlation coefficient of ≥0.999.
