- Oxygen source type is suitable for high concentration demand scenarios
- The energy efficiency of medium and high frequency generators is better than that of industrial frequency equipment

- Regularly calibrate the ozone detector (at least once a year)
- Cooling water hardness control ≤450mg/L (CaCO₃ meter)
- Check the dielectric breakdown rate (annual loss ≤0.5%)
